The leadership team at PayPal Dundalk collaborates with The Fintech Corridor to launch ‘FUSE’ business mentoring programme for Irish SMEs

The FREE business mentoring programme led by PayPal leadership team pairs industry experts with startups and SMEs to help them reach their full potential.

The Fintech Corridor (TFC) today launches the ‘FUSE’ mentoring programme, connecting startups and SMEs with the leadership team at PayPal’s Dundalk site. A free initiative, FUSE is designed to support promising businesses in the financial services industry and to help equip them with the tools they need to grow. Applications are now open to interested enterprises located in the area.

The mentoring programme, supported by InterTrade Ireland, will provide a unique opportunity for collaboration between companies located across North East Ireland, focusing on the Dublin to Belfast (D2B) fintech corridor. Connecting UK and EU enterprises, the ‘FUSE’ programme will provide tailored mentoring support across key business areas, including; building a team, coaching and leadership, business innovation, investment opportunities, and marketing strategy, to participating startups and SMEs.

The team of experienced mentors at TFC brings over 80 years of combined experience, in addition to industry expertise from one of the world’s leading payment companies, to benefit startups and SMEs in the region. The inaugural edition of the ‘FUSE’ mentoring programme will last for twelve months. Mentees will meet with leaders over a six-week period in a programme tailored to their business needs.

Interested companies can register their interest in the FUSE programme and indicate the skills focus they are looking for expert mentoring in the dedicated FUSE link on TFC’s website. Once companies have registered their interest they will be contacted by the TFC team.

As FUSE is targeted at helping startups and SMEs to help them reach their full potential, applications to the programme are open to companies with 50 employees or less.
